Some people designate a specific day but I simply make sure such a day occurs periodically. I stop talking completely, turn off my phone, grab a pen and notepad and take my dog to the lake somewhere quiet where I can lie down with a cup of frappuccino and write. Solitude...

Strange stuff has happened before. One time, this bush two feet away all of sudden started to burn. Another time I had this dude come to me, asking for directions and kept saying: "Can you read this ? Can you read ?" It's really weird.
